Stadium East is located to the east of the National Stadium and features a running track and football field. The running track is used as the warmup track for major athletics meets held inside the National Stadium. It is also used for a number of track & field development meets such as Eastern Championships and the Special Olympic Summer Games. The football field hosts many of Jamaica’s Premier League football matches, a number of Caribbean Club Championship matches and an increasing number of ISSA football matches.
