Before booking a facility, please check the Event Calendar below to ensure that the day and facility that you wish to book is available. Please allow a response time of time of two (2) working days.

Terms for Booking
- When booking an event, it is required that a 10% deposit is made. This must be followed by an additional 40% which is due on the the signing of the contract. This must be done no later than 30 days before the event day.
- The balance is payable by certified cheque no later than 2 working days before the event start date.
- IPL must be informed of any additional light and power requirements, 7 days before the event.
- Payment of the estimated light and power charges should be made no later than 2 working days before the event.
- It is required that a copy of the liability policy is sent to IPL two (2) working days before the event.
- A security plan must be presented for approval by IPL along with Ministry of Health and Wellness (MoHW) approved health and medical plan, both must be presented to IPL seven (7) days before the event.
- Present evidence that both the Jamaica Fire Brigade and the ODPEM have been contacted, 7 days before the event.
- Submit details of additional branding required and specify arrangements to remove all branding materials, three (3) working days before event
Copy of license approved by KSAC to conduct event must be submitted, two (2) working days before event.
